BRIDGEWATER - About four years after the North River Library in Bridgewater opened its new wing, the expansion is completely paid off.
The North River Library Advisory Board announced Tuesday that the $500,000 debt is retired.
The addition, which opened to the public in spring 2005, more than doubled the library's size from 2,500 square feet to 5,500 square feet.
