HARRISONBURG - City police say they arrested and charged a man over the weekend for peeping into a residence on South Mason Street, but it's unclear whether he is connected to other recent peeping incidences.
Jamal A. Azeez, 34, of Harrisonburg, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of South Mason Street, said Mary-Hope Gangwer, city police spokeswoman. Azeez was charged with peeping into an occupied residence, a misdemeanor....
