HARRISONBURG - Incumbent Dels. Steve Landes and Todd Gilbert easily won re-election Tuesday, while fellow Republican Richard "Dickie" Bell cruised to victory in the area's only open-seat contest for the House of Delegates.
Bell, a Staunton city councilman and special education teacher, defeated Democrat Erik Curren in the race to succeed outgoing Del. Chris Saxman, R-Staunton, in the 20th District.
