VERONA - The Augusta County School Board reversed a decision by the division's superintendent Thursday and will allow Del.-elect Richard "Dickie" Bell, R-Staunton, to have unpaid leave during the General Assembly session and keep his job as a special education teacher at Riverheads High School.
