Project Tracks Users At Facilities Across State Once A Year, Shows Computer Usage Up

Patron Leslie Cochran of Harrisonburg uses one of the public computers at the Massanutten Regional Library branch in downtown Harrisonburg on Tuesday. During last year’s Snapshot day, the library system had 1,200 visitors of which 100 were computer users. This year saw 1,387 visitors, 184 of whom used the computers.
