Son Of First Grottoes VFD Chief Donates Heirloom To New Museum

Bill Stickley (left), a 30-year veteran of the Harrisonburg Fire Department, holds his father’s fire chief badge during a presentation with David Kirby, a former Grottoes fire chief, on Aug. 3, at the Grottoes Volunteer Fire Department.
