Four “jailbirds,” James McHone, Ken Reeves, Barbara Roadcap and Carol Rogers (pictured at left), are raising money for the Virginia Quilt Museum in the Warren-Sipe House. The historic building in downtown Harrisonburg has a jail cell, which was added in the 1990s to hold prisoners while the Rockingham County Courthouse was being renovated.
