Wendi Cave and Riques Taylor wait for the bus to arrive Friday at the Harrisonburg transit shelter in the Roses shopping center. The shelter is the latest addition in the city’s effort to make the bus riding experience more convenient, says Reggie Smith, the city’s transportation director.
