Harrisonburg firefighters work to contain a fire behind Royal Cab on South High Street Tuesday afternoon. The blaze was knocked down in about 10 minutes.
HARRISONBURG — A small fire at a city business Tuesday afternoon created a large plume of smoke and shut down a busy street for roughly a half-hour.
