July 19: Shenandoah Valley Track Club Summer Track Meet, EMU track on Park Rd., Harrisonburg, 6:15 p.m. Field events and running events for kids and adults, followed by a road 5K. $3 entry fee. Free for members. Also Aug. 2.


July 19: A Small Hand-Plains District Emergency Infant Pantry, Rader Lutheran Church, 17072 Raders Church Rd., Timberville, 5-7 p.m. Infants and toddlers to 24 months. Proof of need with WIC or SNAP. Call 578-0779 (evenings) or email ashpd.bev@gmail.com.

July 20: Seventh Annual BHS Basketball Program Benefit Golf Tournament, Lakeview Golf Course, Harrisonburg, 11 a.m. registration, start at noon. $280/team or $70/play.
