Harrisonburg police respond to the scene of an accident without injuries outside Muhlenberg Lutheran Church in Harrisonburg on Wednesday. HPD reports that for the fourth consecutive year, there were no motor-vehicle fatalities, though that doesn’t factor in pedestrians who have been struck and killed.
