HARRISONBURG — Harrisonburg police have arrested an Elkton man they say sent child pornography images to an undercover officer during a recent investigation.

Corinthian J. Sublett, 22, is charged with two felony counts of aggravated sexual battery, two felony counts of manufacturing child pornography and two felony counts of distribution of child pornography, according to a statement released Monday by the Harrisonburg Police Department.

Sublett was arrested June 3.

According to HPD, Sublett had been communicating online with an undercover police officer to whom he sent pornographic images.

Further evidence was obtained after a search warrant was executed at Sublett’s residence. It is being analyzed to determine if he will face additional charges, according to police.

The investigation was done in coordination with the Northern Virginia-Washington, D.C. Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI.
