Northbound traffic on Interstate 81 was at a standstill for more than two hours in Harrisonburg on Friday as emergency responders worked to clear a three-vehicle crash between the Port Republic and U.S. 11 South exits. The crash, involving a minivan and two tractor-trailers, backed up traffic for three miles. A Franklin, W.Va., woman was charged with reckless driving. No one was seriously injured, police say.
