Is Government Surveillance Violating Our Rights?

Government surveillance of people’s telephones and computers to prevent terrorist attacks is one thing.

But what if it uncovers other things? How is that applied?

If you use this information in other ways without legal authority, then you have violated the constitutional rights of the individual.

The question is not why but how the information is used – that is the issue!
