A new bridge over Blacks Run, part of phase one of the Bluestone Trail, has been completed in Purcell Park. The 1.1-mile first phase of the shared-use path for walking, jogging and biking will run from Port Republic Road to Stone Spring Road, near the Sentara RMH Wellness Center.
