NEW: City Work Will Affect Water Access
HARRISONBURG —Residents in the southeastern section of the city may find themselves lacking water briefly Wednesday and Thursday.
The Public Utilities Department has released notice that continuing construction on Stone Spring Road will cause a temporary interruption in water service from 8 a.m. until noon on both days.
Those impacted Wednesday will be the buildings between 860 and 1010 Stone Spring Road.
Structures carrying addresses between 635 and 840 Stone Spring Road, as well as those from 1800 to 1881 Manor Drive, will experience the temporary cutoff on Thursday morning.
