HARRISONBURG — Former President Bill Clinton will be in Harrisonburg on Tuesday campaigning for longtime friend and Democratic gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe, the campaign announced this afternoon.
The event is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. at James Madison University’s Festival Conference and Center. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Democrats’ local field office, 1400 S. Main St.
McAuliffe faces Republican Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli and Libertarian Robert Sarvis in the Nov. 5 election for governor.
