HARRISONBURG — The Harrisonburg Police Department is seeking information on a pair of business break-ins on Reservoir Street.

At about 7:30 a.m. Friday, officers responded to the 1600 block of Reservoir Street for reported break-ins at Lovely Nails and Interstate Battery, a press release says. The businesses had front windows broken out, which is how the perpetrators then gained entry inside.

An undisclosed amount of money and a cash register was taken from one of the businesses and a Sony laptop computer removed from the other.

Police say the burglaries occurred somewhere between 8:30 p.m. Thursday and 7:30 a.m. Friday.

Anyone with information should contact HPD at 434-4436 or 437-2650. Crime Solvers can also be reached at 574-5050.
