Luray Caverns was honored with an Adrian Award in the advertising category at the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International annual Awards Gala in New York City at their winter meeting, according to company officials.
The advertisement, entitled “Monumental,” is a 15-second television commercial as part of the caverns’ “What Will You Discover?” campaign.
The goal of the campaign was to increase attendance, name recognition and brand awareness for the U.S. Natural Landmark.
“The Adrian Award is such an honor for both Luray Caverns and White+Partners,” said John Shaffer, Director of Marketing and Sales at Luray Caverns. “To be selected in this international competition from over 1,000 entries reinforces the effectiveness of our attraction's advertising efforts and certainly establishes the White+Partners team as among the best in the business.”
