The trial of a Fulks Run man accused of shooting another in an apparent love triangle was postponed today because attorneys are still waiting for fingerprint analysis from a state lab.

Mark Louis Hurley Jr., 27, is charged with one felony count of malicious wounding and one felony count of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Judge T.J. Wilson rescheduled Thursday’s jury trial for May 22.

The Daily News-Record will have more on this story in Friday's print and online editions.
