Social Services ‘Expansion’ Won’t Meet Future Needs

Don Driver, director of Harrisonburg-Rockingham Social Services, and Celest Williams, assistant director, stand outside construction work being done on the department’s new offices on Elizabeth Street in Harrisonburg on Monday. If Medicaid expansion occurs in Virginia, the local Social Services agency expects to have about 6,000 new clients.
