Posted: July 31, 2014

Remember Sandra Fluke, the law student at Georgetown University who famously claimed she could not afford birth control pills and expected the Catholic school to provide them, the teaching of the Catholic Church regardless? The Washington Examiner reports that she is the biggest donor to her campaign for the assembly in California:

“Fluke donated $12,000 to her campaign and $4,826.27 in non-monetary contributions. While $16,826.27 may not sound like a lot, Fluke also loaned her campaign $100,000.”

Ms. Fluke’s in-laws, the Examiner reported, secured the loan. They also have donated $20,500 to the campaign, while, Ms. Fluke’s family has donated $9,600.
