Canden Webb performs her poem, “The Craziest Love Story,” through sheets of rain during Saturday’s African-American Festival at Ralph Sampson Park.
The rain didn’t stop a sizeable crowd from coming out for this year’s festival, which organizers say is meant to celebrate the community’s rich heritage and diversity.
