Schools Make Smooth Transitions

Students head for their buses on Tuesday after the final bell of the first day of school at North Fork Middle School in Quicksburg. Shenandoah County Schools opened the school year with a raft of administration personnel shifts, new grants and an initiative aimed at getting parents more involved in their children’s education.
