Clothes Cargo Ignites, Causes 10-Mile Backup

Earlier, motorists along I-81 southbound stretched their legs as they waited for firefighters to knock down the blaze while the truck was still on the interstate.
WEYERS CAVE — A tractor-trailer fire fueled by the load of clothing it was carrying snarled traffic on Interstate 81 near the Augusta-Rockingham county line for several hours Sunday afternoon.
