Four people were taken to hospitals after a two-vehicle collision Wednesday on Cantrell Avenue. Residents said a serious collision was bound to happen at the intersection of Cantrell and Paul Street after a drastic increase in traffic along Cantrell.
HARRISONBURG — As Harrisonburg resident Rodney Williams stood and watched police investigate a serious two-vehicle wreck on Cantrell Avenue Wednesday afternoon, he shook his head in dismay.
