Implement Store To Partner With James River Equipment

Whitesel Brothers announced this week it is merging with Ashland-based James River Equipment. The company will do business under the James River name, with the change taking effect at both its Edinburg store and the Harrisonburg location on Garbers Church Road, seen on left.
