EMHS Wins, 58-50
WASHINGTON, Va. – Junior guard Aaron Bergman scored 15 points to lead Eastern Mennonite High School to a 58-50 win over Rappahannock County in a non-conference boys’ basketball game Thursday.
Sophomore guard Chad Lehman and freshman guard Luke Burns each had 11 points for the Flames (3-7), who made seven 3-pointers.
Sophomore forward Bradlee Frye scored 25 points for the Panthers.

The Blue Jays improved to 5-7; the Royals fell to 7-5.
Taylor Alwine added 17 points and 13 rebounds for Elizabethtown, which got a combined 15 points and 18 rebounds from players other than Kreider and Alwine.
Junior forward Bianca Ygarza had 10 points and 11 rebounds for EMU, which surrendered a seven-point lead in the second half.
Bridgewater Women 82, Mary Baldwin 35: Junior Molly Shelley had 11 points and eight rebounds off the bench to help Bridgewater College rout Mary Baldwin 82-35 in a non-conference women’s basketball game Monday at Nininger Hall.
The Eagles, who have won four straight, improved to 5-5; the Squirrels dropped to 0-10.
Senior guard Jessica Mullen and freshman guard Jessi Strom also had 11 points for BC, which forced 36 Mary Baldwin turnovers.
