City Warehouse, Distribution Center Changes Hands

HARRISONBURG — A warehouse and distribution center in Harrisonburg is under new ownership.
STAG Industrial recently announced its $16.2 million acquisition of the facility at 4500 Early Road, which is leased by Ply Gem Holdings.
A subsidiary of BPG Properties previously owned and managed the nearly 360,000-square-foot building.
Boston-based STAG is a real estate company with a focus on ownership and management of industrial tenants. It has 168 properties in 31 states worth about $372 million, according to a press release.
Ply Gem, based in Cary, N.C., manufactures and sells residential and commercial exterior building products.
