Don’t Vote For Covetousness
Posted: October 5, 2012
We have a president who openly endorses immoral behavior, such as partial-birth abortion and gay marriage. He also promotes the idea that redistribution of wealth is a virtue.
He rejects personal morality and reproductive responsibility, yet insinuates that government can somehow legislate morality onto a society by creating policies that take from individuals who invest their talents and time wisely, and giving it to people who do not.
What Barack Obama holds up as morality is immorality. It is exchanging the truth of God for a lie. If you vote for a president in the hope he will redistribute someone else’s money to you, you are embracing covetousness as a virtue.
The federal government is running a $1.2 trillion deficit. The only way it can give you money is by taking it from another man, or borrowing it; covetousness, or unfathomable debt, both are utterly immoral.
Which government entitlement, subsidy or program are you selling your soul for?
