Council Members Welcome Back Nathan Miller As Town Attorney

ELKTON — Town Council welcomed a new attorney into Elkton’s employ this year. Or perhaps “welcomed back” is more accurate.
Nathan Miller of Miller, Earle & Shanks PLLC officially became the town attorney at the start of the year. Council approved Miller’s hire in mid-December.
Miller represented Elkton for several years before council hired Lauri A. Nowakowski Sigler in 2007.
Miller also represents the towns of Grottoes, and Strasburg, and Page County. He also practices business, real estate and estate planning law with his private practice.
Miller, Earle & Shanks was one of three firms that applied last year after Sigler announced she was relocating to Northern Virginia.
