Fed Gov’t Now A Frankenstein Monster

Should the creature dictate to its creator? Yet, this is what Boyd Reese suggests happened when Lee surrendered at Appomattox. The Tenth Amendment still is in our Constitution. It clearly states that the states being sovereign were willing to delegate certain powers to a national government. “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”

The language couldn’t be clearer. The states created the Federal Government. They were to control and govern. Today, we have turned everything upside down, resulting in a “Frankenstein,” ruling its creator. In doing so, we have forgotten the founders’ understanding of self-government. Holy Scripture speaks of times such as these when men call evil good and good evil.

We have turned our back on God. He has removed His protective covering from our nation. Wake up Christians and pray!
