Millbrook Edges TA Girls, 45-44
BRIDGEWATER — Guard Brenna Cook scored 22 points to lead Millbrook High School to a 45-44 win over Turner Ashby in a non-district girls’ basketball game Wednesday.
The Pioneers improved to 6-1; the Knights dropped to 0-6.
Freshman forward Sarah Wood scored a team-high 13 points for TA, which had a possession in the final seconds but couldn’t get up a shot.
