Nominees Being Accepted For May Tech Nite Awards

HARRISONBURG — The Shenandoah Valley Technology Council is accepting nominations for awards to be presented during its annual Tech Nite.

The gala will be held May 7 at the James Madison University Festival Conference and Student Center.

The nonprofit council holds the event “to recognize and highlight the successes of technology firms, organizations and programs in the region and the entrepreneurs and innovators behind those successes,” according to its website.

Nominations will be accepted until March 24 for the following six awards: High Tech Entrepreneur Award; High Tech Company Award; Dr. Noftsinger Leadership Award; Innovation in Higher Education Award; Innovation in K-12 Education Award; Innovative Technology Application Award.
