Obama, Not Republicans, The Real Obstructionist

Recently, President Obama said he will veto any deficit-reduction package that does not include a tax hike for those making over $250,000. All of you who bleat about the Republicans being obstructionists need to take note of two things.
First, any deficit-reduction package would have already been negotiated and approved by the Democratically controlled Senate. Second, more importantly, you cannot have any type of negotiated solution when one side refuses to compromise. If the president is willing to ignore the work of those in his own party, how will he listen to the other side?
