HARRISONBURG — The winners of this year’s judging of participants in the Harrisonburg Holiday Parade, sponsored by the city’s Parks and Recreation Department, are listed below. The parade, which had a theme of Rocktown Rockin’ Holiday, featured 100 organizations this year.
