Reality Of Death Sheds Light On Our Choices

Posted: September 25, 2012

The older you get, the more you understand the importance of family, but all too often it is too late to make amends.

It’s the: “I wish I would have, should have’s,” that hurt the most after the death of a loved one. We make our choices out of ignorance of the future, and lessons learned from the past, and the all too fast rush of life.
The reality of death forces us, challenges us to see all the missed chances and shortcomings of our life. Which is good for the soul. Don’t hold back the tears; mourning is good for the soul, too. Doubt not your past choices, the end result is the same, death.

Yet you should always strive to make the right choices. That is good for the soul too.
