Tell Goodlatte To Support The Law
Posted: February 6, 2013
Wayne LaPierre, the executive vice president of the National Rifle Association is telling us that no new gun legislation is needed — that, instead, we should “enforce the laws already on the books.”
OK, Mr. LaPierre: Here’s how we folks in the Shenandoah Valley can help with this.
Our 11-term congressman, Bob Goodlatte, is now the powerful chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. He oversees the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
Tell Bob Goodlatte that we want him to ensure that the ATF has the funding, staffing, leadership and support to enforce our existing laws. and that the agency needs to keep our citizens safe.
