Thanks For Veterans Day Editorial

My wife and I, who are veterans, enjoyed the Veterans Day editorial (“11th Hour, 11th Day,” Nov. 10). For a variety of reasons, I have been doing a lot of reading about Veterans Day 2012, and the writing and opinion stated in the editorial perfectly expressed our thoughts and feelings regarding our nation’s attitudes and beliefs towards veterans of our armed forces.
Thank you for a job well done. Reading your editorial was the highpoint of my weekend and I have shared it with my friends, who are also veterans.
