We Are A Nation Of Lies

I am writing today about “lies.” All my life I drilled into my children’s heads that lies are no good. When you tell a lie you have to tell many more to try and overcome the first one.

In today’s news, we hear about athletes who lie about drugs they take. You also hear about lies the politicians say to get elected.

Our nation was formed and created by the people looking for a way to spread truth. Now we live from lie to lie. Our president even tells lies or they call it partial truths, along with many news reporters, to deceive the people so they can get their agenda pushed forward.

I say unless we get back to the real truth of forgiveness through Jesus Christ, our nation will never go back to the once truth of being one nation under God.
