The title of Carrie Fisher's latest book is a wry comment on her less-than-conventional childhood, unusual career, failed relationships and fondness for drugs and alcohol. Part remembrance and part confession, "Wishful Drinking" is Fisher's way of explaining her life, not only to us but also to herself. She does so with some anger, some inspired insight, some panache and a lot of laugh-out-loud detail. "Ultimately," she says, "I feel I'm very sane about how crazy I am." I would have to agree....
