BRIDGEWATER — The Bridgewater Rotary Club will hear from hear from David Wenger, executive director of Habitat for Humanity.

Sports Statistician From Capitals , Va. Tech To Address Kiwanis Club

HARRISONBURG — The Harrisonburg Kiwanis Club meeting will feature a presentation by Carter Myers who has served as statistician for the Washington Capitals hockey team and the Virginia Tech football team.

The club will meet Tuesday at the Golden Corral Buffet and Grill Restaurant, 2335 E. Market St. A luncheon buffet will open at noon, with the program beginning at 12:30 p.m.

HARRISONBURG — Today’s meeting of the Rotary Club of Harrisonburg will feature a presentation by Andrea Dono, executive director of Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance, who will give an update on projects and initiatives happening around downtown.

The club meets Mondays at the Elks Lodge, 482 S. Main St. Lunch starts at 11:45 a.m. and the meeting ends at 1 p.m.

Shenandoah Valley Tech Council To Celebrate Fiber In Page County

HARRISONBURG — Shenandoah Valley Technology Council will help Segra and Pioneer Bank celebrate fiber and a full suite of telecom services in Page County.

The celebration will be held June 25 at Stanley Volunteer Fire Department and feature prizes, refreshments and networking.

SVTC will provide free transportation to people in the Harrisonburg area.

Individuals will meet at 4:30 p.m. at the Harrisonburg Valley Mall and be transported to the Stanley Fire Department. Individuals will arrive back at the Valley Mall at 8:15 p.m. Registration is required. Details are available at
