Notice of Dissolution to Claimants of Coming to the Table, LLC Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 13.1-1049.2, be advised that Coming to the Table, LLC (CTTT) was dissolved effective May 24, 2019. If you believe you have a claim or a contractual claim contingent upon the occurrence or non-occurrence of future events or otherwise conditional or unmatured (each a Claim) against CTTT, you must present such Claim to CTTT by December 1, 2019, at the following address: Coming to the Table, LLC, C/O P. Marshall Yoder, Esq., Wharton Aldhizer & Weaver PLC, 100 South Mason Street, P.O. Box 20028, Harrisonburg, Virginia 22801. All claims must be presented to CTTT in writing and must contain sufficient information to reasonably inform CTTT of the identity of the Claimant and substance of the Claim. A Claim against CTTT will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the Claim is commenced prior to the earlier of the expiration of any applicable statute of limitations or three years after the date of publication of this Notice, as appropriate. This Notice does not revive or extend any Claim barred by, or subject to, a statute of limitations as of the date hereof or any date after the date hereof nor does it constitute an acknowledgment or admission by CTTT that any person or entity that receives this Notice is in fact a proper Claimant of CTTT. CTTT reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any Claim submitted to it in response to this Notice.
