JMU Student Groups Aid Campaign For Civil Rights Memorial

HARRISONBURG — Two James Madison University student groups are raising money to help build the first Civil Rights memorial in Richmond.The JMU chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, and the Student Government Association want to help other private donors raise the funds needed to build the monument.
