HARRISONBURG - The owner of Dave's Recycling said it's unlikely he will rebuild his business after it burned Wednesday on his South High Street property, where it has grown and operated for three decades.
"We will probably not rebuild anything permanent here," said David Fisher, 66. "We were planning on moving anyway because we had outgrown the space."
