Division Looks For Ways To Cut Costs And Save

ROCKINGHAM COUNTY -Rockingham County Public School officials anticipate paying much more for diesel fuel and heating oil this fiscal year - even more than they budgeted for. The division will purchase diesel fuel this year from Holtzman Oil Corp., which presented a projected low bid of about $3.99 per gallon.
