HHS's Owah Won't Decide Today

HARRISONBURG - Alex Owah said he won't be among the group of college football recruits signing their names to National Letters of Intent today. The Harrisonburg High School senior tailback said Wednesday morning that he has narrowed his list to three schools, and hopes to make a decision after visiting one of them next week.
