Proponents Say Elkton Facility Would Bring Jobs

ELKTON - A proposed clean-coal research facility in Elkton is garnering more attention as proponents continue to push for the project. The East Rockingham Business Council, a committee of the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce, endorsed the proposal after a presentation Thursday in Elkton.
