TIMBERVILLE - A poultry plant employee died Thursday following an early morning accident in the Pilgrim's Pride parking lot.
Bonnie Dellinger, 66, of Broadway, was killed when a delivery truck backed over her as she was walking to the plant, located at 330 Coop Drive, Timberville.
Ray Atkinson, the company's director of corporate communications, offered condolences to the family.
The tragedy hit many at the plant hard, he said.
