HARRISONBURG - The case against a Timberville man, who police say broke into a home under construction and tried to set it on fire, was continued during a hearing Thursday in Rockingham County Circuit Court.
David Allen Jones, 25, of 4412 Town Reservoir Lane, has been charged with felony attempted arson of an unoccupied dwelling, felony burglary and felony destruction of property.
Judge James Lane rescheduled a plea hearing for Jan. 25.
